You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 15jl login credentials;
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you;

• Promptly notifying 15jl if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.

15jl reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any stage. KYC may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PhilHealth ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

15jl accepts deposits from Philippine players through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

All deposits made through the 15jl cashier are subject to the following conditions:

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer.
